“Water Conservation & Recycling: Strategies That Work” - March 15, 2002

NBWA teamed with the Northern California Chapter of WaterReuse to host the second
annual North Bay Water Conference, Water Recycling & Conservation. The conference
was a great success, and drew over 225 attendees from throughout California to hear
panels on water recycling and water conservation and keynote speakers Loretta Barsamian,
Executive officer of the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board, and
Michael Sweeney, Undersecretary of the California Resources Agency.
